HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be accommodated for those who pay cash when available. 

HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?

Please check the insurance tab for a list of insurances I currently accept. Copays are determined by your insurance company. Cash rate is $125 a session. 
WHAT TYPES OF THERAPY TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?
I am utilize a combination of different techniques in order to individualize treatment for each client. I use combinations of EMDR, CBT, strength- based, Humanistic, and mindfulness techniques for grounding and coping skills.

I am currently only taking telehealth appointments at this time so that you are able to access mental health from the comfort and privacy of your home. A secure HIPAA compliant video link will be sent to you after scheduling your appointment.
